If you have already found a candidate directly, you can onboard them within 2 days. WS will check for compliance on legal right to work and documentation such as prior Provident fund accounts, Aadhar card, PAN card etc.

For a new hire, you can start receiving pre vetted resumes within 1 week-4 week time frame along with their Video AI Interviews and Written AI interviews.
Do you handle only payroll or full recruitment?
Both. If you have found your candidates directly, we help you setup payroll in India without having a local entity. We provision benefits, devices and collect them back during off-boarding.

If you need new hires, then WS also recruits and manages the full life cycle.
