SimCity Deluxe will come to the iPhone soon and promises not only tougher game features but also a complete visual makeover. According to the press release by Electronic Arts, the user interface will feature "larger buttons, better flow, and more accessible items."

The game will also provide more control to the user through the terrain editor. With the terrain editor, the user can plant trees and paint water and build the city any possible way. Seven new starter cities have been added to the game. In case the user does not want to build a city, they can challenge someone else's creation. SimCity Deluxe will also feature four distinct seasons and seasonal appropriate disasters.
