Web Spiders is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, your job will be to find new opportunities for our business, build relationships with clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have a sales background and experience in selling digital services. You should also have experience in tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork. You will be working closely with our teams in India, and report directly to our CEO.

• Find new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with our teams in India, manage change requests, and resolve any issues
• Demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients
• Qualify leads and follow up for closing
• Have experience in tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork
• Attend conferences and networking events to generate new leads
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and experience in successful development strategies
