Sr. QA- API Testing

Web Spiders is seeking a Sr. QA Engineer to join a project for our  Global MNC Client.

Our Client is a B2B US Software company with more than 11,000 customers and $400m in revenues. The role is remote, anywhere in India, and requires min 5 years of experience in QA experience, with a particular focus on API Testing.

Prior Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience ( 7 yrs preferred)

Location: Remote - Pan India (Preferred Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad)

Full Home office setup will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual/automated API testing, and use exploratory testing techniques to uncover weaknesses in testing test approaches/processes.
• Identify automation testing scopes to handle regression issues and carry out effective testing
• Strong cross-browser and responsive design test skills
• Hands-on experience with browsers' built-in debugging tools
• Ability to work closely with developers, project managers, and other test team members, to ensure the quality of the owned components, clarify functional requirements, determine testing and test automation requirements, and provide feedback on design solutions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of API Testing, Appium, Responsive Testing, Security Testing, and Performance Testing, functional testing is mandatory
• knowledge of Designing, Creating, executing, and maintaining detailed test cases and test plan is mandatory
• Good communication Skill

GOOD TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Salesforce Apps testing
• Selenium WebDriver using Java will be added advantage
• Knowledge of IDE like - Eclipse will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in working with tools like - Loader.io, JMeter, LoadRunner, Burp Suite, Acunetix, Fortify On Demand will be an added advantage
