Senior Data Analyst / AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Data Professional to lead end-to-end data work across analytics, engineering, business intelligence, and AI solution development. The ideal candidate will own data pipelines, build BI dashboards, and develop AI-powered applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work with global brands and cross-functional teams to turn raw data into accurate, insight-driven solutions across retail, healthcare,
education, and e-commerce domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines: extraction (OCR, web scraping), cleaning (regex, preprocessing), transformation, and visualization.
• Analyze large-scale transaction data (billions of records) to identify accurate “true positive” data and improve transaction accuracy.
• Design and develop BI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to track performance, customer behavior, and product trends.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI / ChatGPT, Google Gemini), including chatbots, RAG systems, and conversational data-query tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; design relational schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Implement data tagging, cleaning, and quality-assurance workflows.
• Conduct web and market research to validate data and support decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members, manage project progress, and maintain strong client communication.
• Deliver data-backed recommendations that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with data extraction techniques: OCR (pytesseract), web scraping, and regex.
• Solid grounding in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL schema design.
• Familiarity with Frappe
• Understanding of ML / NLP fundamentals (classification, sentiment analysis, embeddings).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience building RAG systems (vector search, SentenceTransformers, embeddings).
• Speech-to-text integrations (e.g., Deepgram).
• Cloud exposure: AWS and Azure (Databricks, Data Factory).
• PySpark and big-data processing.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NVIDIA DLI, Data Science PG).

What Success Looks Like
