Web Spiders Group is looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager who can own and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and product adoption across global markets.

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Location: Kolkata (Onsite)

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Building
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Build brand awareness for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI, and other company offerings across domestic and international markets.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI, Voice AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Drive inbound marketing initiatives through content, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor marketing funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates.

Product Marketing
  • Lead product launch campaigns and market expansion initiatives.
  • Create sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and market intelligence activities.
  • Work closely with product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.

Content & Digital Marketing
  • Own the company’s digital presence across websites, blogs, social media platforms, and industry communities.
  • Develop high-quality content strategies focused on AI, Voice AI, Customer Experience, SaaS, and enterprise technology.
  • Coordinate with internal and external content creators, designers, and agencies.
  • Improve website traffic, engagement, and lead conversion through data-driven initiatives.

Events, Partnerships & PR
  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, industry conferences, and customer engagement programs.
  • Build relationships with industry associations, media partners, analysts, and technology partners.
  • Support PR, thought leadership, and executive branding initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Define and track marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, technology marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make marketing decisions.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Preferred
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School.
  • Experience marketing AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Voice AI, CX Technology, or IT Services.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to international B2B markets including North America, UK, APAC, or Middle East.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or product-led technology environment.
