Web Spiders is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand the market presence of our flagship AI-powered communication product, SpiderX AI – PhoneAI.

We are looking for professionals with strong exposure to Enterprise/B2B telecom, cloud communication, CPaaS, contact center, and enterprise telephony solutions sales. The ideal candidate should have experience working with enterprise customers and corporate accounts, driving consultative and solution-based sales engagements.

This role is focused on enterprise business development and is not aligned to retail or consumer telecom sales.

Location: Kolkata (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales and business development for SpiderX AI – PhoneAI solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across industries.
  • Build and manage relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Contact Center Leaders, and Enterprise Procurement teams.
  • Generate opportunities through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Understand customer pain points around telephony, customer engagement, AI voice automation, and enterprise communication workflows
  • Collaborate with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams for solution demonstrations and proposal creation
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances within the telecom and enterprise communication ecosystem.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in
    • Enterprise Telecom Sales
    • Cloud Telephony / CPaaS Sales
    • Enterprise Communication Solutions
    • Contact Center Solutions
    • VoIP / SIP / Enterprise Calling Solutions
  • Strong exposure to enterprise/B2B sales processes.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of enterprise telephony ecosystem including:
    • Cloud Telephony
    • IVR
    • Contact Center Solutions
    • Voice Bots / Conversational AI
    • CPaaS Platforms
    • SIP/VoIP Solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
