Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate will have to work on financial analysis statements, including monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, along with conducting actual-to-budget and last-year variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct actual-to-budget and last-year variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
• Proficiently handle financial transactions using Tally Prime and Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage payroll processes, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC calculations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Oversee Credit Card Accounting, Profit & Loss (PL), and Balance Sheet (BS) drafting.
• Possess a strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Contribute to MIS reporting for effective decision-making within the organization.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling payroll processes, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
• Familiarity with Credit Card Accounting and drafting of PL & BS.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports for strategic financial planning.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
